Carmo Gê Pereira shop is part of a wider project that includes counseling, workshops and Non Formal Education.It's a feminist and inclusive project. The products here have my Curatorship: someone trained in gender, sexology and human sexuality studies. The products here have no gender, have as much information as possible and are highly selected to be the safest and with the best components.

What are the Shipping Costs? Do you just send to mainland Portugal?

Shipping costs vary with the value of the purchase.

For Mainland Portuga this are the costs:

º up to 2kg - 6.50€

º from 2kg to 5kg  - 12€

º from 5kg to 30kg -50€

Orders with less than 5kg and from 120€ up the postage is free.

For Portuguese Islands (Açores e Madeira):

º up to 2kg -12.25€

º from 2kg to 5kg  - 17.65€

How can I pay?

How long does my order take?

I try to keep an average time of 7 to 11 work days. Some products I can send in 2 to 5. Other, that come from the Netherlands, Finland, Germany or other far away places, or customized to fit your needs take a little longer!

What about returns?

I comply with the terms of point 1 of Article 6 of Decree Law 143/2001 of 26 April, which stipulates that in distance contracts the consumer has a minimum of 14 days to rescind the contract without payment of compensation and without the need to state the reason, provided that they are in their original packaging and have not been violated. The item must be returned in sealed packaging and in perfect condition to be re-sold. For hygiene reasons I cannot accept the return of articles of intimate use and of direct use on the genitals, articles whose packaging has been violated or is presented in a box/blister without wrapping/sealing plastic (wearables or other sex toys) with or without signs of use, articles that have a broken inviolability seal are not accepted.

Therefore, I would appreciate if you could make sure of the correct measurements described in the product details before the purchase to avoid having the return of the product rejected, I would also appreciate if you could check if you like the item before removing the wrapping plastic, without which I cannot accept the return of the product.

To return items you must use the original packaging intact (returns with damaged packaging are not accepted) and properly packed, you should contact me to schedule the return and send by registered mail with tracking code, the postage will be the responsibility of the customer. Send the items claimed within 14 days after receipt to the provided direction upon contact. Returned orders will not be accepted collect or normal mail (without tracking code).

How does the warranty work?

All products have a 2-year warranty from the date of purchase (certain brands reduce the 1-year warranty by specifying this in the product datasheet). This warranty does not cover damage caused by improper use or normal wear and tear of products.

Tampering or variation of any product (wiring, soldering, opening motherboards, etc.) will automatically void the warranty. In no case will warranties cover returns of gifts or products offered as a gift. In the case of app products data stored on any device is not covered by the product warranty. It is always a good idea to keep a backup of your documents, pictures and videos. 

The time limit for claiming damages caused by shipping is 15 days from delivery. The shipping costs derived from a warranty return as well as the new shipment will be payed by the customer.

In order to proceed with the warranty, it will be necessary to send the product in its original packaging. For requesting warranty ask for a RMA formulary through email. 

Some brands offer independent warranty, you must register the product with the brand. When Warranty is in the product description that means that the brand has their own warranty, you should register the product on their website and proceed according to their indications.
